Where Real Change Begins
Making the Key a Daily Practice
: Real change doesn’t happen through a single insight it begins with consistent practice. In this final session, you’ll reflect on what you’ve learned and explore how to bring the key into your daily relationships, building clarity, compassion, and mutual understanding over time.
Your Practice:
1. Notice What Is Alive in You
Which of your needs feel most alive at the end of this course?
Notice if you have any standout thoughts or judgments >positive or negative< about what you’ve learned. Can you uncover the needs behind those thoughts?
If you feel willing, please share your reflections with me. I love receiving feedback — it helps me grow and continue offering what supports you most.
2. Choose a Small Daily Practice
If change requires practice, what is one simple thing you could commit to each day to strengthen this skill?
For example:
– Keeping a diary of judgments and translating them into needs
– Keeping your needs list nearby and pausing when you notice a judgment
– Something else that feels natural to you
What would genuinely support you to integrate this key?
3. Begin with Self-Compassion
When old habits show up > defensiveness, shutting down, blame > remind yourself: every reaction is connected to a need. Start there.
