If You’re Tired of the Same Arguments
In this welcome session, I name the frustration so many of us carry: repetitive arguments, confusion, and self-blame. You’ll begin to see that what’s happening in conflict is more layered, and more workable, than it first appears.
Your Practice:
1. Identify Your Repeating Pattern
Take a moment to write down one argument or relational pattern that keeps resurfacing. What is it usually about? Who is it with?
2. Notice Your Default Reaction
When this pattern happens, do you tend to blame yourself, blame the other person, shut down, over-explain, get defensive? Just observe, try not to fix it..
3. Set an Intention for This Course
Complete this sentence in your notebook:
"If this work truly helped me, I would experience…"
