The Trap of Right and Wrong
The Longing Beneath the Fight

If arguments leave you feeling exhausted, this session will help you understand why. You’ll see how the trap of right and wrong pulls us apart, and how recognising the human longing underneath begins to soften the wall between us.

Your Practice:

1. Notice the Cost of Being Right
Think of a recent interaction where you felt sure you were right. What did it cost you? Distance? Tension? Silence? Emotional withdrawal?

2. What Were You Fighting For?
Beneath your position, what felt important? What were you hoping would be included, acknowledged, or respected?

3. Can Both Be True?
Is it possible that both of you were protecting something meaningful? Sit with that question — no need to resolve it yet.
