What Clients Say:
💬 Not just for couples?
Yes. While this page focuses on romantic relationships, I also support friends, family members, co-parents, and ex-partners (organisations, and communities click here)
If the relationship matters to you, this work can support it.
Much of what’s described below will still apply to your situation, and we’ll always tailor our work to your unique dynamic.

What I Offer
Every relationship is unique, and so is the path to reconnection or clarity. Here are some of the ways I can support you:

Relationship Coaching
For couples and people who want to deepen their connection, improve communication, and explore new ways of being together. We focus on building understanding, emotional safety, and intimacy.
Conflict Support & Mediation
When you're stuck in recurring conflict or communication breaks down, I offer a calm, neutral space to untangle what's happening and begin to hear each other differently—without blame or shutdown.

Separation Support
For couples navigating a breakup or uncertain future. Whether you're preparing to part ways or unsure what comes next, I hold space for honest dialogue and conscious closure, with care for each of you.

Decision-Making Support
If you're facing a big decision—parenting, moving, financial changes, or something else—we can slow down and explore what matters to each of you. This work is not about solving everything, but about finding clarity, together.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. You may be navigating several of these themes at once, or move between them as we work together. I take an intuitive, relational approach—drawing on coaching, mediation, and embodied presence depending on what’s needed in the moment. Some sessions may feel like guided inquiry, others like practical decision-making, or deep listening and repair.
We'll explore what’s most alive through an initial discovery call, and I’ll tailor our work to follow your unique rhythm—meeting you where you are, and walking with you from there.

You love each other, but communication has become strained, reactive, or emotionally distant
-
Arguments feel cyclical or confusing, leaving you both feeling stuck, hurt, or alone

-
You’re co-parenting, sharing community, or living together post-breakup, and want to foster a more conscious, kind, and integrated transition
-
You’re unsure whether to stay, leave, or reimagine the relationship—and want to explore that without pressure
-
You’re both willing to reflect—not just on each other, but on yourselves—and show up with a shared intention to grow
This work is for couples willing to slow down and honestly look at what’s really happening beneath the surface.

What Our Sessions May Include
There’s no one-size-fits-all here. The shape of our work depends on what you’re bringing, what’s emerging, and what’s needed.
Some couples come for a few sessions during a rough patch. Others stay longer, creating a steady rhythm of support. Some are navigating separation and want to do so with care. Others are exploring whether to stay or part—and need a neutral space to find clarity.
Our sessions may include:

-
Ongoing support to transform stuck dynamics and develop new ways of relating.
-
Mediation sessions to support you in hearing each other in places of stuckness, navigating tricky conversations, or deepening connection through supported self-awareness and presence.
-
Workshop-style sessions where you can learn and practise communication skills together—building clarity, emotional safety, and intimacy.
-
A short-term series focused on a particular challenge or turning point.
-
One-off sessions to give you space to explore difficulties with the full attention on you—either alongside or in between joint sessions.

We’ll begin with a free discovery call to feel into what’s right for you, and I’ll tailor the frequency, format, and focus based on your needs and what feels most supportive.
Pricing & Sliding Scale
Supported Dialogue Sessions (90 minutes)
For 2 or more people in a supported conversation: I offer a sliding scale in order to make this work more accessible, while also honouring the energy, care, and skill that I bring.
First 6 Sessions:
£150 – £230 per 90-minute session (for 2 people / £50 per extra person, or as discussed with Emma)
These initial sessions are often the most intensive—laying the foundation for understanding, communication, and healing.
You’ll be invited to choose a rate within this scale based on:
-
What feels genuinely affordable for you at this time
-
The value you receive from our sessions
-
A sense of fair exchange for my time, training, and presence
This system is based on trust, choice, and mutual care—not means testing or justification. Some pay toward the lower end, others at the top. Over time, it balances out.
Ongoing Sessions (after 6 sessions):
£130 – £200 per 90-minute session
For couples who choose to continue after the first 6 sessions, I offer a slightly lower range to support ongoing integration and practice.
Solo Sessions (60 minutes)
£65 – £95 per session
For individuals who want to explore their own patterns, gain clarity before a conversation with a partner or ex, or receive support in showing up more consciously within a relationship.
These sessions can also be a space for deeper personal growth, emotional processing, or resourcing in parallel to joint work.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Can we use this service for family members or friends, or is it just for romantic partners? While this page is focused on couples work, I also support other relational dynamics—including siblings, adult children and parents, co-parents, and close friends navigating tension or transition. If you’re wondering whether this could be a good fit for a non-romantic relationship, feel free to reach out and we can explore together. The same principles of presence, compassion, and honest dialogue apply—whatever the relationship.
2. Do we need to be in crisis to benefit from this work? Not at all. Some couples come because things feel stuck, others come when they’re in deep conflict, and some simply want to deepen their connection or learn new communication tools. Whether you’re in repair, growth, or transition, this space can support your unique journey.
3. What’s the difference between coaching and mediation in your sessions? Coaching often focuses on developing skills and awareness—helping you explore your patterns, connect to your needs, and communicate more clearly. Mediation provides more structured support when you're navigating difficult conversations, ensuring both people feel heard and safe enough to share honestly. In practice, sessions may include both approaches, depending on what’s needed that day.
4. Do we both need to attend every session? Not necessarily. Some couples choose to have occasional individual sessions in between joint ones. This can be a helpful way to gain clarity, reflect, or process something privately before returning to the shared space. We’ll discuss what’s most supportive for your process.
5. What if we’re already separated or planning to separate? You’re still very welcome here. I work with couples navigating all kinds of transitions, including conscious uncoupling or finding new ways to relate after a breakup—especially if you're still co-parenting or share important areas of life. These sessions can support closure, clarity, and compassionate communication during a tender time.
6. What if one of us is unsure about continuing the relationship? That’s okay too. My role isn’t to keep you together or push you apart—it’s to create a space where each of you can speak honestly, listen with presence, and discover what feels most true and aligned moving forward.
7. How many sessions will we need? There’s no set number. Some couples come for just a few sessions to move through something specific. Others work with me over several months. We'll talk about your hopes and needs in the discovery call and decide what feels realistic and supportive.
8. Is this therapy? No. This work can be deeply therapeutic, but I am not a licensed psychotherapist. I do not offer treatment for mental health conditions or clinical trauma. I am trauma-informed and relationally trained, and I work best with couples who are emotionally stable enough to engage with curiosity and presence, even when things feel hard. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, feel free to ask.
