Thank you for choosing to work with me!

​​These Terms and Conditions are a written agreement which represent your rights and responsibilities when you choose to engage with my services.  By using any of the services listed here or hiring me to create a bespoke service for you or your company, you are agreeing to these Terms.

Terms of Participation

Workshops, Mediation & Coaching

​

Nature of the Work

The Compassionate Communication workshop, mediation, or 1:1 coaching you have registered for is not psychotherapy.

​

This work can involve emotional exploration. You may be invited to reflect on your feelings, thoughts, needs, relational patterns, and past experiences. At times, this can bring forward difficult or intense emotions.

​

If you are currently navigating a particularly sensitive or destabilising period in your life, I ask that you let me know in advance. This allows us to work in a way that feels contained, respectful, and appropriate for your circumstances.

​

Your wellbeing matters. You are always responsible for your own participation and for choosing how deeply to engage in any exercise or conversation.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the nature of this work

  • You take responsibility for your own engagement

  • You release the facilitator and organisers from liability for distress or loss arising from participation

  • ​

If something feels uncomfortable or misaligned, I genuinely want to hear from you. Discomfort is not dismissed here. Feedback and reflection are always welcome.

Approach & Experience

This training and coaching is based on my lived experience, training, and interpretation of Nonviolent Communication and related relational practices.

I have been facilitating workshops for several years and have spent over seven years studying, practising, and embodying these approaches in both personal and professional contexts.

​

My work integrates NVC with embodiment, mediation skills, and relational awareness.

​

Services & Session Agreements

After an initial conversation, we will agree together on the service that best suits your needs.

​

For coaching or mediation processes, I usually suggest beginning with a minimum of six sessions (unless otherwise agreed). This allows space for integration and meaningful progress.

​

The number of sessions required varies depending on:

  • The depth and complexity of the situation

  • Your commitment to reflection and practice

  • The relational dynamics involved

  • ​

While I offer an estimate based on experience, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Change is influenced by many variables, some of which are beyond either of our control.

​

Fees

Inclusion and sustainability are both important to me.

I offer a sliding scale for most services to make this work accessible while maintaining a viable practice.

​

Please choose a rate within the range that feels responsible and sustainable for you.

Those who pay at the higher end of the scale help make lower-cost or pro bono spaces possible for others.

​

If finances are a barrier, please contact me so we can explore options.

​

1:1 Sessions

£65–95 per 60-minute session

​

Solo Sessions (within mediation/healing dialogues)

£65–95 per 60-minute session

​

1.5 Hour Healing Dialogues

£140–200 for two participants

  • £35 per additional participant

£120 (reduced rate) for returning clients booking 6+ sessions if requested.

For organisational consultancy, mediation, workshops, or corporate events, please visit the Services page or contact me directly.

A free discovery call is required before first-time bookings.

​

Cancellations & Refunds

For 1:1 sessions, I require 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.

For workshops or bespoke services, please refer to the specific refund policy listed at sign-up.


If no alternative policy is stated, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for a refund.

​

If you are dissatisfied and wish to request a refund, please follow the feedback process above. We will discuss the concern openly and determine an appropriate resolution.

If a course is cancelled by me, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to use your payment as credit toward a future service
